We are business law specialists based in North Wales, although our work takes us throughout the UK. We are a niche law firm and practice in relatively few areas of law. This enables us to be experts in our areas of work and also to price sensibly as we are doing work where we have extensive background knowledge and experience. Our practice areas range from multi-million pound business acquisitions and sales to assisting sole traders in contract drafting and financial issues to dealing with clients who are being sued by Insolvency Practitioners. We have a particular niche area of practice in Shareholder and Joint Venture Agreements and Business Succession Planning. We don’t advertise and our work comes mainly from personal referrals and recommendations from both our Clients and also local and regional Accountants, Solicitors and Financial Advisers. |

Cerys Parry-Jones
Hi, my name is Cerys and I am a Will writer and estate planner. I also help people to create effective and meaningful Lasting Powers of Attorney. I travel to people's homes and spend as much time as needed to get to know them, their family situation and their priorities so that I can give them personalised, tailored advice while helping them to create these critical legal documents. Making a Will can feel emotionally loaded and as an ex-teacher, part of my role is untangling these thoughts and making what can feel like complex concepts easy to understand. My clients and I form relationships and even friendships, taking our time to ensure that both they and their families are protected for the future. As a mother of twins with an elderly father, I understand the pressures faced by people of all ages and help them to understand the importance of getting their affairs in order. Siôn Fôn
A fluent Welsh-speaker, born and raised in north Wales, I am a Partner and a key member of Darwin Gray’s highly respected Dispute Resolution team. Based in our north Wales office, I am a specialist property litigation solicitor and advise commercial landlords and tenants on a wide range of complex property issues. I have a very diverse practice which includes contractual disputes, professional negligence claim, landlord and tenant notices and boundary issues, with a wealth of experience in assisting small and large businesses whenever property issues arise. I also have experience of advising on legislation and conducting litigation relating to Welsh Administrative Law and I take particular interest in issues relating to the Welsh language. I have been involved in a high-profile dispute in the Welsh language Tribunal and a judicial review claim in the Administrative Court for Wales. As a fluent Welsh-speaker, I regularly advise clients and conduct litigation through the medium of Welsh. Elsewhere, I am also a regular and trusted contributor to Welsh media on various legal issues. |
